Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Sir,

I want to know that is it compulsion to take marriage certificate from local registrar .my name is feroz and i'm 26 married on 2015 at my native place. quazi given us marriage certificate in urdu.

but now the problme is i'm working in construction company in pune, and my hr is asking for marriage certificate from local registrar

they are saying your marriage certificate which is in urdu is not legeal! is it?

you need to go to court marriage at your area then only you can get the marriage certificate......

1) Based on Quazi certificate, register with Registrar of Births who after following certain process will issue which is legally valid.
