Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

sir,

i am defendant in a family case. my lawyer conduct cross examination of plaintiff. in which all proof are against them.

but plaintiff lawyer not conduct my cross examination. now they not appear two time on fix date. can u tell me on which ground and section and subsection i request to respected learn council to dismiss plaintiff claim.

The court is authorised to struck off defense right pf cross examination of plaitiff after recording your statement.

I agree with my brother above.. Right of defense can be struck off under the provisions of West Pakistan Family Court Rules 1965.. For more consult [email protected]
