hello sir,
i am a hindu female and only child of my father
my father wants to make a will and leave all his assets in my name.i have a half elder sister from my hindu mother's previous marriage. my half sisters father was christian and she changed her name legally through a gazzette and in passport when she was 25 years old to include my fathers name.my father has not legally adopted my half sister but the maintenance of my sister since she was about 4 years was done by by father.does my half sister have rights to my fathers property? does a will have more power in terms of transfer of property in this case or a gift deed?

Dear client if yr father has not adopted yr half sister legall then she have no rights in property. Also if property is self earned then yr father can give it according to his wish. For any legal help call me
