Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir

I am living in Jammu and Kashmir. I got married in 1995 to a Jammu girl. We have 1 19 year old daughter.

But now we want to divorce each other. We are incomplete agreement. But don't understand how to start legal proceedings to have legal divorce.

Can someone help us?
