hello sir
i m indian resident 36 yrs,married in 2007.i got 1 kid of 8 yrs my wife left home after some orguements 20 days back.. and influenced by her parents. it happened 3 times before but i brought her back to home by personally going to my in laws house. she left home with my son and even my son is not at all willing to go with her.Plz tell me how could i get my son back from her b.coz she is not want to come back and not giving permission to meet me with my son.

1) Discuss in the presence of family elders and outside senior citizens

to resolve the issue amicably since it is only 20 days past.

2) Thereafter, issue RCR first and then wait for response.
