Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi Sir,
I have been married since 2012 (Love marriage) for which my wife's parents were not ready, now i have son (3 Months) old and in influence of her parents and brothers, my wife is staying at her parent's home along with my son and not willing to come to my place.
This has happened several times before pregnancy also that she leave my home under her parent's influence and after some time she calls me and says i want to come please take me along with you and i always used to go to her place and takes her to my home.
Now the situation is different as i have a son now and she and her parents are troubling me saying she will not go neither your son as she is also mother of him. And also they are not allowing me and my parents to meet my son, they locks the doors and say, he is sleeping and you cant meet.
Sir how can solve this situation as this is hampering my job also as i cant concentrate on job.
Please advise and help.

1) Discuss in the presence of family elders and experienced

outside senior citizens and record for future evidence.

2) Preserve all evidences both documentary and record all oral including

Email, SMS, Whatsapp, facebook internet chats etc. Always invite

the spouse politely and respond positively with affection to the other side.

3) Then File RCR, and for child visitation rights.
