Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

i got married in 2010 soon after my marriege my wife left me becuse of small misunderstanding between my mother,before marriage she used to talk with my mother i was so happy at that time,after marriage she changed,she is not at all ready to adjust with my mother,she was 7 months aways from me,any how i took her to mumbai where i was working, 2 years we were not having any such big querral,now we have cute kid too,allways she give tortures to me by taking my relatives i convinced somany times but she dint,she had one elder sister she is an advocate and use to say that if any thing happen i will case against us on dowry, my wife is very arrogant i want to live with her as she dont have parents but i am trying to tell her that i will not leave her as i love her so much but some time i also loose temper and scold her,then she used to tell me that " if you want to leave me then give me a mantainance i will leave seperatly"

kindly give me the solution for this

the solution is love her a lot reassure about the relationship and for the cute baby lead a stressfree life.the kid needs both the parents. Dont get angry at the same time. if one is angry let the other keep the cool and dont rake up old issues. having an advocate is not a crime. she is a part of your family too.
