Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir,

I am a married woman having a 2yr daughter also, my husband is posted in military(force) in india, now my husband and inlaws not accepting me & my daughter, as my parents didn�t give them money in wedding as much they were accepting and now I am having baby girl, not baby boy . they threated and torture me mentally and even gave me warning to kill me if I will come back to inlaws house, now I am living with my mother�s house From three years ,during these time my husband didn�t come to see me & my daughter,there is no contact between me and him ,even he did not provide any economical support to us . my mother is bearing all expense for my daughter and mine, husband only forcing for divorce. I have complaint about husband to his department in military but they are also not taking any action against him, not even given any support or reply to me from department side. now I am frustrated from department also from three years I am sending written letter to military department but no reply I am getting , now where should I complain about it ,I don�t want to give divorce to him , but just shake of baby take care or her future I need economical support from department side (husband�salary distribution),but they are not helping us also i wants to take my and my daughter's all rights from husband and his family , how can I take ? What step I have to take?

One more thing my husband not registred our marriage but I wanted, now there is any legal procedure where I can give him any legal notice to come for marriage registration in registrat officer so that he has to come for it .

Please advise me also that there is any legal procedure in this matter so that I can save my marriage and life of my daughter and punish my inlaws and husband for their harassment.

Plz help and reply me as soon as possible
