Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Sir,

I got married last year to an NRI who left after 15 days of marriage. The marriage did not consummate. Now he wants to call off the wedding. Will I get the maintenance from him for sure or is there any possibility of my plea getting rejected by the court. I'm afraid in that case I would neither get a maintenance nor will there be any hope of him coming back to me in future. Please advise.
