Sir,
I got married 3 years back. From marriage onwards am facing many problems, but i am tolerating hardly.
She used to abuse daily.
Always she black mail me that she will attempt sue side for silly reasons. She only do the mistakes and black mail me.
She threaten me like she will give police complaints on me .
She never cooks food, some times she even didn't open the door.
She always speaks like " she will have sleep with others-actually i dont have to say this but i am telling you my complete problems.
Finally i attempted suicide because of all these. Now i cant stay with her. even i am ready to die.
I attempted suicide on Jan 22nd 2010. Form then onwards she is staying with her parents and i am with my mother(My father was expired).
I didnot take any amount from her parents.Now she is asking 10 lakhs to leave me. she is threatening to file a case on me. But i cant give 10 lakhs.
Still now i never asked money and i never harassed her. I have a phone recording proof for "i never harassed her". My mother was suffering very much with this.
Please give me any subjugation sir.Please.

you have to resolve the problems boldly and not make suicide attempts. the problems are part of life. they are one examination or the other. You have to live. You have to live for your mother also. so, please think positive. act positive. have faith in God. If you think marriage cannot be saved, you may a case for divorce on the grounds of her being cruel to you. Do not succumb to her threats. Tell her that you cannot pay 10 Lakhs and that if she is interested then divorce by mutual consent can be considered.
What actually you want. Unless and untill you are clear in your mind no advise/suggessions can be given. First you decide what you want.
