Sir,

I married two years back and I am having a son. From past two months I am having very bad relationship with wife, I would like to get divorce from her, may I know the procedure for this.

You may need to bring facts of your case within the grounds available for divorce. You may write a detailed e-mail or contact a local lawyer for further advice. However, you should keep in mind that she may be entitled to custody of the child and also maintenance / alimony.
