Hello sir,
I recently got married on December 2014 I met him online matrimonial site .I have a very little bend in my knee and its hardly visible and I look like a other girl before marriage we used to talk over a phone and I told him about everything of it but now after marriage he has refused that I told him earlier about it .he has changed his behavior toward me we still living at same place but he do not care about me and stay in other separate room when I talked to him said that he want divorce with me with mutual consent I am very confused what do please suggest me also i am a home maker so need to know about alimony /maintenance if husband demand divorce than can I claim for alimony thanks in advance for reading through it and your advice .

Dear client u can file dowry harassment complaint with women cell of police against him. Also u can file domestic violence case for mental harassment. U can also ask maintenance from him by filling application under sec 125. For proper discussion call me on 9422611385

A claim for maintenance and domestic violence is maintainable in such situations. However, if there is no dowry demand, false allegations should not be leveled.
