Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello sir,I'm a hindu girl have been married 1.5 years ago spent 3 weeks with husband after marriage and came back to my job abroad.He is a person who just obey his parents blindly and they are just looking at my salary.He doesn't have the qualification even they mentioned before marriage.now he want me to resign my job and sit at home since i realized he has no certificates as he told.He is a man filled with ego.Can i get divorce from him?please reply

before you go for divorce, try to settle the matter amicably and in case you both do not want to stay together, you may go for divorce by mutual consent. in case he does not agree, you may file a petition for divorce.
