Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello sir,

I'm an Indian resident and I'm 32 years old. I got married in the year 2009 and I have one daughter who is 15 months old. My wife went to her mom's place for the delivery and never came back. We had some arguments and she doesn't want to come back to me. I tried to convince her by apologizing and doing everything possible but she is not agreeing to anything. She wants to be with her parents and her parents are very happy that she is with them. She is ready send me a divorce notice now and she also says that she doesn't want any kind of monetary support from me.

What do I do now? I don't want to get separated from my wife and my baby. I love them a lot. If my wife doesn't want to come back to me, can I bring my baby and keep her with me? I will never agree to get divorced from my wife. Will keeping the baby with me be against the law? Will my wife be able to approach the court/cops and get the baby back?

file a petition under section 9 of the hindu marriage act for restitution of conjugal rights.which city are you in there will be provision for mediation get the matter referred there chances are you may save the marriage. for further query contact 9312411481.
