Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

In my DVC case District court has given residential order in my father-in-law named house. Before judgement last year my father-in-law went to civil court as asking to handover the shared household to him and asking me to vacate. In the Civil court the case is to be finalized. Is court order me to vacate ? or as per DVC judgement they also alow me for reside @ Father-in-law named house. pl. advise me sir. I am asking only for residing in the house.

Your right of residence will depend upon facts of your case. If your husband is alive, you may not be entitled to claim right of residence against your father-in-law.

court can evict you as you have right over your husbands property.

your father in law can demand to evict the house.
