Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

In my dvc judgement as come for some amount as matenance and compensation. In my veiw my husband will go for appeal. To stop that appeal i can go for Caveat? any time frame is there for Caveat? If i go for caveat after his apeal one or two days my caveat will workout or any 90 days time frame is there pl. advis me sir.

Dear client instead of filing caveat file recovery petition. If he file appeal then court will send u notice regarding that. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

Caveat and the recover/execution are two independent

actions. Caveat filed will be valid for 90 days.

If husband files an appeal you would b also

heard before any order in appeal. Caveat may

be filed any time after the order but no point after
