Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

Kindly advice me on my marital issues.

On 4th September 2014 I was married to NRI from USA as per Muslim Contract Of Marriage (Nikah) with blessings of both our parents and relatives (who was already married for 15 year in US but due to medical conditions of first wife could not have kids). He was with me for 15 days. It was mutually agreed between us and families that her first wife will not intere with me and the same applicable at my end, he will visit time to time here in India. I will have to stay with his mother as she is the only member in family because his father expired and two sisters are already married. All went good in 10 days of marriage but slowly he disclosed about the possessiveness of his first wife and later she sent here Aartificial Insemination Kit which made me upset. He proved as genuine person but insecurity rose in me. He left for USA as later disclosed that the first wife want to come to in India whenever he comes. Later due to some suspicious in my menses I approached a gynec after discussing with him and his family and found I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovaries) and my hormones are imbalanced though not infertile but as per our distance It could delay in conception as per the doctor's opinion. I was a working lady and before marriage he and his family told me continuation of job depends upon girls wish.

Though he proved genuine and loving person with desire of family due to raising insecurity from his first wife, obstacles in his visit of India and than this PCOS made me frustrate in marriage and I had few fights take it 3 serious written conversation through emails and chats from 22nd December to 12th February. To make reconciliation between us I told all to his elder sister and admitted that due to frustration I had fights and now I want to reconcile and I do understand the situations now wherein I have married I have to do compromise. But she made some conspiracy as my medical conditions were open and manipulated my husband to decide straight divorce. They asked me politely that as the mother want to stay few days at daughters place so you also leave for your parents home. Which I could not understand and left having 3 clothes expecting I will be back home.

Where he wrote me that he want to have skype meeting with my family and he complained about my fights with him and I politely admitted my mistakes enfront of all...I ADMITTED THAT MAY BE I WAS OVER BURDEN IN JOB AND FAMILY MATTERS ALONG WITH INSECURITIES. I WROTE HIM THAT I AM LEAVING MY JOB FOR PEACEFUL FAMILY CONCENTRATION.....I had given my resignation..

He replied that he want to divorce me....

For me it was just 15 days physical presence with husband with a reason to have kids and family and now the are so easily want to divorce me. after 2 months i approached an NGO who told me to get in to your husbands house as you are his legal wife. I lie to my mother in law who was living with her daughter that I want my stuffs and she opening the door and force-ably I am living here...

I am writting to my husband apologies regarding fights regarding reconciliation but he is not giving any reply to me. No reply of emails chat massages and calls.

My husband was good but his family (his sister brother in law and mother) spoiled him as they are only here to take care of his wife and his future family, they somewhere emotionally blackmailed and spoiled his mind for me by taking advantage of distance

Please advice what can I do??? As I and my family strongly feels that they just used and want to through me after finding medical complications to conceive.

I still want to save my marriage but please let me know at the earliest how can I save my rights, If something goes wrong how can sue them.

Note: (We were meet online matrimonial site it is kind of love cum arranged marriage, but his family are now saying its solely love marriage as they arranged marriage preparations only and they are not responsible for anything about you husband decision to not to continue)
