Hello Sir/ma'am,
My sister is getting married on feb 2015. But i need some advice on printing the marriage invitation since it is accepted as proof of marriage. My father left us when i was 4 yrs old. My mother brought us up. Now i am 21 years old and my sister is 24 years old. I need to know whether by adding my father's name in the invitation will my sister face any trouble in future legally regarding her marriage registration or future marital issues?
Need help please.

Just print the usual format of marriage card and just mention late before your father's name and no legal issued for marriage registration will arise.
it is not mandatory to mention father s name in the invitation card. mother s name is sufficient. in case you want to do that, then your documents viz school certificate etc should also have father s name.
