Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir/madam I have got married three years back and it is clearly understood for me that he got married to !e only for the sake of money because I am a central government employee.for that also I adjusted.now I am a mother of two years old daughter.and one thing which I cannot digest is he has affair with his own sister.I thought he is staying there because of his job sake.but now it is clear for me.he doesn't have any love and affection towards us.for the past two months he is not coming and calling us.when I have a word with him he is saying like he will come and stay with us if I give my salary in his hand.advice me what to do? And my thought is better to take divorce and can takecr of my daughter.but can I get d dowry back which I have given him back and maintenance for my daughter.he is saying if I apply for divorce I will be the looser he need not pay anything becz I am a govt employee plz clarify this

Dear client u cannot ask maintenance for u but u can ask maintenance for daughter by filling case under sec 125 of criminal procedure code. Also u can file divorce on the ground of adultery. For detail discussion call me
