Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello sir/madam, i have a question regarding family member certificate. My father is a government employee recently passed away in the month of February 2015. To avail the family benefits concerned government company asked us to submit family member certificate. we applied in Mandal revenue office regarding the family member certificate it is rejected as my grandmother is not willing to sign in the Mandal revenue office on the application due to family disputes. How can we get a family member certificate?

Dear client to get certificate u have to apply in civil court. Revenue authority has no power to issue family certificate. For any legal help call me
