Sir/madam,can and how anequally educated and earning doctor wife get adequate and compensation ,maintanence and amount for damage of life from her doctor husband who is earning around 65000rupees per month in chennai,tamilnadu in india.and how and what is the amount can be asked for maintanence ofher daughter who is 12 years old and totally look after by her mother and her father not even spend a penny for her

Dear client u can ask maintenance for daughter by filling case under sec 125 of criminal procedure code. Court will grant maintenance upto 25% of income of yr husband. U have to file divorce on the grounds of cruelty and have to ask onetime alimony. If u can prove charges in court against husband then court will grant good amount as alimony.
