Hi Sir/Madam
i have filled divorce against my husband before 8 months due to torture from my husband and in-laws. i have 2 year kid. At first my husband said, i will take care in upcoming days, so withdraw the case and we will live together, but i said no because i treated like a dog in his home and lot of hurtings, 3 times they pulled me out from house and now all my things(clothes, furnitures, jewels) in his home, i went out only 2 clothes for me and my son. Meanwhile i have joined one company and working. Now i feel to forget all things and live together for my kid, but he told no. he told that resign your job and come, but couldn't resign because the job is the only security for me. I don't konw what to do. Can you please tell some suggestions.

approach the court where your case is pending and request the judge with same ple and honble court will sort out your problem.
