Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am got married in june 2011, after staying with my wife only for three months she started to force me to move my parents to my native, but as i am the only child it was not possible for me to do so. After few days she started to torture me for do the same and consumed phenol ( Toilet cleaner ) resulting she admitted in hospital for three days. And the authority of hospital files a case. While the inquiry my wife stated that she was mistook the phenol and there is no quarrel between us.

After this incident i was very scared due to her arrogant nature and decided to send her to his home. she was staying with her parents since three years. And now i have decided to take divorce. What i have to do, as they are not ready to give mutual consent divorce, and asking for 10 lacks as a compensation.

I need to get the divorce as not ready to stay with her. Her father is in police dept. and they are saying they will file 498 case against me.

Please advice me to get out this situation legally.
