It has been 4yrs since I married.my is working in Dubai. some days after marriage my mother in law started abusing me everyday. She took all my jewelry in front of my husband, on 4th day since marriage. My husband didn't give me any money for my necessities.when my son born he send me tomy home, after my parents insisted many times they started give money. But after that he stopped giving me money. I had to ask my in- laws for my son's hospital expenses&other; necessities&they; abused me for that.when I told my husband about this he abuses me &my; parents. Then i'm decide for job but they doesn't allow for me job.
front of everyone they are very sweet, they are so smart & double face.They forces me to commit suicide many time's, i'm suffering frm mental shock frm their behaviour. Because of this I came my parents in Rajasthan. My husband's home in Kerala. Now my husband is threatening me divorce&saying; he won't give me anything, be it my child or money. I'm really scared&scare; of losing my son.How can I prove their Cruelty, if it was verbally? ?? Can I file a complaint against him frm my home city.PLZ suggest legal advice this matter. 1) Ur unshaken oral evidence will be sufficient in the absence of any tangible proof/evidence.
2) File immediately DV case, 498A against ur husband and in-laws with all facts without
further loss of time.
Dear client u can file complaint with women cell of police against husband and in laws under dec 498 a from yr town. Also file domestic violence case from yr town against them. For any legal help call me
