Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir/Madam,
My wife has filed the cases of
Domestic Voilence ( on me, my parents, sister and brother in law)
498A on whole family (not 406 stridhan already returned in CAW Cell)
And application u/s 24 in divorce case filed by me.
Some of the main points which are in my favour are:
List of stridhan is totally false ( she claimed that gold of Rs 10 lac is given)
She claimed that i am manager in hdfc bank ( in sec 24)
She claimed that i am a business man ( in D.V act )
She claimed that my sister and her husband is living with us ( sister already married in 1999 and living seprately )
All her statements / police complaints are contradictory.
All cases are in diffrent court room.
Should i file application u/s 304 in D.V Act case.
What will be the procedure
What action can court take..
Pls advice...

340 can be filed in any proceedings providing perjury is made out. contact a lawyer for the needful.
