Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir/madam
To my grandmother her brother gave one land bearing five cents which had given by government for scheduled cast's , all the original documents we are having but those documents are in his name, and one bond paper stating that, that particular land belongs to my grandmother and she is having the right to sell that land also, which was signed by himself and his wife, we built one house in that land, and for the past twenty years we are paying all the taxes in my grandmother's name,now he has sent one legal notice through lawyer stating that he didn't write any bond like that, he didn't know that we built house in that land and he wants his land back,in this regard we contacted one lawyer he advised us to take injuction order, how can we proceed in this regard?
