Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir/Mam,

Abhi 2 years pahle meri arrange marriage huyi thi, mere husband Alok Noida me job karte hain. Shadi k baad jab mai Noida me Alok k sath rahne aayi to Alok ke Mama ki ladki Rachna hmare room par aaker ham dono ko pareshaan karne lagi, Wo mujhse kahti ki mai Alok ki Pahli wife hu tu yahan kyon aayi hai, yahan se bhaag ja, mera Alok k sath 5 years se Bulkul husband-wife ka relation hai or wo mera husband hai kyoki usne meri marriage se pahle Alok ke sath Temple me shadi ki hai. Uski ye sari baten sahi hain but tepmle marriage ko legally prove karna tough hai. Alok ko baar-2 phone karke kahti ki ise yahan se bhagaao nahi to mai tumhe sexuall harassment or second marriage ka case kar doongi. Actually wo Alok se bahut pyar karti thi or use mere sath nahi sath nahi dekh pa rahi thi. Ham logon ne 2 baar Noida chouki me complaint bhi ki thi.

Maine last time 31may2013 ko complaint ki thi uske bad ham logon ka chouki me compromise ho gaya tha ki ham log 15 days me room delhi me shift kar lenge ab Rachna or uske parents hame preshaan nhi karenge, Rachna na hi ham logon ko kabhi call karegi but Rachna ne 06June 2013 ko usne phir se Alok ko phone kiya to maine usse fraindly baat ki or kaha ki mai baar-2 police me complaint karoon ye sahi nahi hai, ham log apas me hi is matter ko khtm kar lete hain, tum mujhe finally khud bata do ki tum kya chahti ho? To usne mujhse kaha ki Tum Alok ko divorce de do mai uske sath marriage karke rahoongi, jab divorce ho jaye to uske paper mujhe dikha dena. Maine kaha theek hai agar tum aisa chahti ho to mai divorce de doongi or tum uske sath rahna.(I have i call recording) Usi din ham log apne-2 ghar aa gaye.

Mai or Alok dono hi is sabse bahut pareshan the isliye ham logon ne uski khushi or Pahli wife ka hak dene ke liye apas me mutual divorce lene ka decision le liya. Alok ne 19June2013 ko apna room Noida se Delhi me shift kar liya. Ab hmara divorce ho gya hai, mujhe 5 Lakh rs one time settlement me mile hain.

Jb maine use divorce ke paper dikhane ke liye call kiya to usne mujhse baat hi nahi ki n a ab wo divorce paper dekhne ke liye ready hai. Now i m living in Kanpur wid my Parents and Alok is living in Delhi. It seems to me that we both are cheated by dis girl and we both are suffuring from depression.

Sir/Mam, Kindly advise me.

Is there any way to legally approach her and ask for the clarification about her First wife saying satatement and activities, which destroyed my marriage life and what she wants now?

your spouse has posted a similar query twice. what are you some kind of an agent organising your husbands love life and why are you in depression??because he has not got the women. to me this is a mockery. since you are divorced please move on in life as your sacrifice is over and done with. this is hardly a legal query .
