Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello sir/mam,

i am a girl 29yrs old i was forced into a marriage by my parents 3yrs back after the marriege i was with my family for next 1yr after which i was told to stay with him for next 1yr during my stay with him we had a minimal talking with each other i was staying in a different room at his place, after that he got transferred to other place and i was again sent to my parents place since then m with my parents i dont talk to him or nything he just sends money to my account and thats all talking we have i dont want to spend my life with him as i dont like him i just want a divorce from him and want to live my life freely plzz do advice what should i do to get divorce from him and on what grounds.

If your husband is ready you may seek divorce by mutual consent.
