Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Sir/Mam,

I want to ask if I file a divorce against my husband due to his external marital affair so during the proceedings of the case who is liable to pay the fees of the lawyer...I or my husband ? I am a housewife and I have no earning source and live with my 19years old daughter hence I cant afford lawyer's fees therefore I am dropping the plan of filing suit against him. Please help.
