Hello Sir/Mam,
I am a housewife living with 19years old daughter who is persuing studies and admission has been done by her father, if I file a maintainance case against my husband due to his external marital affair so during the proceedings of the case are we liable to get maintainance ? If yes, then within how much time it is given to us and on what basis does maintainance is decided by court ? Can my daughter claim maintainance being 19years of age and till which age daughter could get maintainance, my daughter is not working yet. Please help.

Dear client u can ask maintenance for u and will get 25 % of income of yr husband. U will get maintenance in six months from the filling. But as yr daughter is above 18 years old so she will not get maintenance. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
