Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir/Mam,
I got married 4 years back and I have a daughter of 11 months old, my wife took my baby along with her Dad and living at her parents place, My wife is not well educated and studied only till 10th, not working and her family members also not educated, I am from an educated background, I am an MBA and working in good company, now I am worried about my child's future, she may not even get good education if she stays with wife's parents place, my wife's father drinks and smokes, which I feel may affect my child, it may not be good atmosphere for her, can I claim custody of my child? what age can I claim? can I file the case now if I want to keep the child one week with me and my family and one week with my wife's family? because my child may not have affection towards me if she doesn't meet me often, please advice.

better to file case for restitution of conjugal rights to call your wife back and your child will be automatically back.

Else child is too small so may be court will not allow his custody to you.
