Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir/mam,

I'm married for 6 yrs and have two kids (5yrs,&3mnths; respectively). I am not in good terms with my husband. It is very difficult to explain my situation. He tortures me emotionally, disrespects me, I don't even know how much my husband earns,nor any financial matters. To the outside world he acts as though he is too gud a husband, but he verbally abuses me.when I consulted with a psychiatrist,he told my husband may hve narcissistic personality disorder, and these kinda ppl won't change.

I hve walked out twice,but went back to him again, once for fear of society, once for sake of my kid. After I returned back the second time,he has mesmerised my son against me n my parents and made him fully under his control.

I have tried all means to make this marriage work,but in vain. Fighting all the time has made my mental health so bad,and it has made a very bad impact on my son. But I still want to make this marriage work for the sake of my kids.

I would like ttreatments it possible to for legally ordering my husband to take up psychiatric treatment ?

dear client u cannot force him to take medical treatment. but u can file domestic violence case for mental harassment against him in the court. for any legal help call me
