Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello sir/mam,

My elder sister got married 7 years back, from the very first day she was adjusting. But from last 2 years they started beating up her, then few months back my parents went to her in laws place and file and FIR for dowry and harrasement. Suddenly we come to know that case was in high court now.

So my question here is without any PIL how any case can be handle by high court. and these guys now came to us for agreement -"rajinama". So in that case what should we do..?

they have gone to the highcourt for the quashing of the FIR. get the matter referred to mediation centre in the highcourt if you want to settle the matter with them
