Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Sir,Meri Shadi 2013 main hui thi jb keh marriage Union council registerd bhi hai ihave a computerized certificate attested from foreign office Islamabad,mera sawal yeh hai keh is surat main kya meri wife 2nd marriage kr sakti hai without legal process.

Aur kya main koi qanooni chara joi kr sakta hoon. Plz guide myself better as Pakistani law.
