Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

My brother is married in 2007 & he had an affair near about 15months before now.when we came to know about his affair then we forced him to leave that girl and return to his normal life & he did the same .

Now my brother came to know about his wife that she is in contact with her school male friend.

In night 2.30am they use to chat and share some close information like BF & GF.

My brother in tense now.

In between he shouted on wife to stop all these nonsense activies and situations was mess. Her wife was saying "tumne kiya tha to maine bhi kiya to Bura kyu lag raha hai".

My brother in tense now what to do.

Brother's wife and her family are threatening to case against him & Family.

Pls help...
