Hello Sir,
my Brother's My wife has filed false dowry case aginst my whole family, My brother is doing Mechanic working in my home town , my father retire from Business(hotel), mother house wife, my self software engineer in Banglore.
My Brother Married a Girl in July 17 ,2010 and she went to her house after 10days and she never came back, because we are not that much wealthy (our family is not that much stylish, that lady was staylish, leaving style was like high profile , such words i heard from my brother) We called her so many times but she repuse to came back to my house ,
She wants my brother also stay with her in her home town, my bother does not want to leave my home and parents, and my self staying in Banglore and some times in onsite also.
She and her family filed a case against my whole family including me, that we were harrassed her to bring Gold and money, I saw her face at the time of marriage, after that i never saw her face also, because i was deputed to Delhi for some project work, while return this all drama happened in my home.
So how to save my self and my family, all are inocent,

Approach the Karnataka High Court, Bangalore and obtain Anticipatory Bail so that you are not arrested. As and when you receive summons from the court (where the case instituted by her is taken up) engage a lawyer and defend the case.
You may also file quash in respect of you but for your family you have to fight court battle properly by hiring expert lawyer.
