Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir,

my family is hindu,my father married his

own blood sister's

daughter(my mother) without the consent

of his first wife and they had a male

child,after married to second

wife my father stayed with us for

a long time till now and will be.my father

did not show much interest

to his first family,sometimes he would

go there and come back soon.at year

2001 to maybe 2003 we tried to

stay together but dint work out,so

my father and second family were staying

alone till now.my father dint

go there nor they came to fathers

knowledge,after all these years now the

first wife sent a letter to

disclose about my fathers property to her.

i want to know what shall i anticipate from

this scenario in near

future.the second marriage was not

made

public but in a temple by friends,fathers

mother,sister,brother in

law(my mother;s dad).does my father

have

full right to will the self earned property to

any one he wants.please

tell me waht shall i anticipate.
