1 Answer from Attorneys
1) In which share of property u hv constructed the house is not clear.
2) Is it in the share inherited thru Will or in others share.
3) Keep ur expenditure vouchers, bills in tact for future reference.
4) Any subsequent Will override the previous Will during their life time.
5) All of ur daughters should influence ur parents not to do so.
6) Is the property self-acquired or ancestral is not clear.
7) Equal share cannot be told unless full details are furnished.
