Sir

My misc case accepted by High Court and notice to be issued within two weeks.

My lawyer after taking full payment is now asking to give more money to him.

Process of notice is pending only one week is left.

Q1--- Can I change my lawyer at this stage?

Q2--- Can my father go and complete the process of notice issue?

Q3--- What is the process of issue of notice?

Process fee can be filed by anyone but one week is a short time for service of notices so wait for the date of hearing. You may change lawyer before that.
