Hello sir
my question is, I am a father of two and I want to transfer the possession of my self acquired house to my 2 sons equally. I want an economical and easier way out. also, whether my sons will be able to obtain loans out of this property after the possession is transferred?

Dear client make gift deed of property in the name of son and registered it with registrar. Then enter their name in property card. They will get laon on the propety. For any legal help call me
