my sister registered divorce from her husband 2 years before, from 2-years her husband not revived any paper from court and still not come to court. he is not take responsable. pls .give me advise, if not take any responsible from her husband , can she will do another marrage possible?

Dear client yr sister have to file divorce on the ground of desertion in court. If her husband will not come to court then court will grant her ex party order.

second marriage without obtaining divorce is not legal.
