Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir,my son who is 8yrs old has not seen his father since birth. the father has asked for visitation and now the child does not want to go to him. he says he will carry the child off if the child does not come on his own to him. is this possible when the child is unwilling to go?

the father has every right over the child.the court in the intrest and welfare of the chuild allow him to stay for a short span of time so that the two can get to know each other.A 8 yr child who has not met his father will be incapable of deciding weter he wants to meet his father or not.
