Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello sir,

My name is venkattarajan from Pondicherry. I am divorcee and my wife also same she is also divorced from chennai. Both of us belongs to middle class family. I came into touch with her through matrimonial site. After talking to her I felt sympathy n got married along with both the families her father won't care for her after her divorce she was single for 7 yrs. On the first day of our meet I told I am not interested in nuclear family she too accepted n should go for a job for tat she will go after 6 months. She has father, a brother and a sister. His brother is well settled in MNC company n lives separately with his wife n kid in chennai itself. his father is not educated n worked in an oil mill n retired. myself worked in a private school n my mom also retired from the same school even though she's retired she continue her service in the same school on consolidated pay. we 3 live in a rented house in Pondicherry. my wife is a housewife. Last July I requested her to go for job as my mom aged 65. But she created unnecessary problems in family n demanded for a nuclear family but I rejected and even she slapped my mother in front of me so I got angry and raised my hand to slap her but unfortunately she slipped n hit on the wall n her forehead gets swelling and she took a snap on her cell phone and copied in CD. so I reported her father but he never cares next I informed to her brother that guy also refused n told my father n sister will never obey my words, both creates problem with my wife so I came separately for peace. all his relations r not ready to advice as her father n my wife never obey others valid advice. on Feb 2016 herself, her father along with a 3rd person (like an agent)came to my school and created so the principal fired out me and my mom from school. and they went to women's station n complained . They also scolded her n dad for behaving like this . I lost my job because of her n father. and now searching for job but as I worked in a ranked school n got 20k as salary without B.ed degree n even a small schools r not giving job as I am not holding B.ed n they are able to pay good salary. now she threatens me tat she will file a compliant against me n on my mom under dowry n harassment and put as in jail. kindly advice me a remedy for this scenario. whether is it possible to arrest us. I lost my job now I am not able to pay my house rent and even to meet my personal expenses. Because of this women's law, most of the girls misusing n threatening the soft nature men. waiting for your positive advice.
