SIR,
My wise file crpc 125. For evidence in chief she is not attending court dates. her lawyer filing petition. what action can i take legally. but she is attending dvc case.
please advice me

If she does not appear for two three dates, request the court to close her evidence and proceed further. She can not be given time again and again. It is miscarriage of justice.
