Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi Sirs,
1 am a married to an NRI 6
yrs back. Is a matter of dowry. We lodged 498a and domestic violence case..but in court he is tricking judges and picturizing as if i am not willing to join when he and his mother seriously dont want to..He wants to fly to us .so the judge is telling me to stay with him where ever he wants me to ,and he is threatening me of harming my kid if I go with him ..another side he wants to take me for 3 monthsn and so he can release his passport and cancel the case against him and his family and fly to us leaving me as he had done it twice before,but permanently this time .pls tell me what to do and save me and my kid..I want my kid have both of us..he had already lodged a divorse petition by giving wrong address in summons and made me exparte in resolution of conjugal rights
