the marriage took place 13 years ago and since then there is problem in relationship between two. she lived at her parents after two months of marriage for 11 years, but her parents left her at his husband home forcefully by saying that do whatever you want to do we can not kept her.

she is refusing to give divorce but husband want to take divorce and ready to give maintenance

1) What transpired during the 11 years? What action did the husband take?

2) Where is she now? He has to file contested divorce.
