Hello sir,this is Sara i have one brother and one elder sister she died before 15 yrs and my brother got married and her first wife left her and got divorced then he did second marriage before 22 yrs now his age. 53..second wife left him before 20 years and living separate with a boy kid...kid age smy mother ex.pired before 6 months and my brother wife s coming and given a case and asking money.but she dint live with my brother for 20yrs.but my mother wrote all property on my brother myself and my sister daughter..nobody can ask share in pr.operty ..in that way she wrote the uyil...but we are planning to give money to my brother wife.but I want to know whether she can put case for asking jeevanamsam.pls answer my question.waiting for ur reply.pls tell any suggestion if possible.

what is jeevanamsam??. If your brother has not divorced her than she is entitled for maintainance for further query contact 9312411481.

If not divorced then demand maintenance.
