Sir,y friend I.e petioner died in the middle of dvc .is her cross is finished.now how to proceed further. Will her parents can get dowry , gold , silver , dowry , compensation. In this case. Please tel me what to do.

Her parents can pursue this case. They have to file an application in the same court.
