My sis has a 3 mnth old son. His father left Pakistan before his birth due to his family pressures..now the in laws of my sis blackmail her about the child custody...who has more right of the child ...plz answer

Dear brother, your sis has more valuable right of custody of that child but father of child can also make a lawful claim for custody. Although father of the child has weak right of custody with respect to mother of the child.
