my sister has affair before marriage(no sexual relation),after marriage she said to her husband in dec2013 .now he is asking for written statemnet of affair with her and parents signature.she has a baby son with her husband .she is afraid for written statement

dear client donot give it in writing otherwise her husband will use it in court to get divorce on the ground of adultery. for any legal help call me

relations before marriage is not a ground of divorce but if u given in written then he may use in some other manner

she must not give anything in writing as the same can be used against her and her parents.
